Sr. Kathryn is a Daughter of St. Paul and works in the Acquisitions Office for Pauline Books and Media Centers as well as on the Electronic Publishing Team. She is the author of several books including Surviving Depression—A Catholic Approach, Making Peace with Yourself, Journey Within, St. Joseph—Help in Life’s Emergencies (forthcoming release August 2009) and Beginning Contemplative Prayer (being rereleased in an edited and expanded edition in November of 2009).
 
Under this title I will reflect on the words in her Order's chapel as a guide to living a fully human life particularly in the difficulties we currently find ourselves in with a talk titled: "How to Live a Fully Human Life… on less than $10 a day"
